Kirastack is a reward platform that brings together entertainment and community impact. Participants use tokens to join fun math questions; after answering correctly, they unlock a free draw chance. Products offer two modes: Number pool (unique lucky numbers + remainder of summed purchase times) and Lowest unique price (bids from 0–10; lowest price bid by exactly one person wins, otherwise the overall lowest price and earliest order). At the same time, we are committed to supporting local families in need and helping students who require assistance.

Participation is entirely voluntary. The platform makes no guarantee of winning, prize receipt, or any financial return on tokens purchased.

Token purchases are non-refundable. Tokens spent on math participation that does not result in a win are consumed and will not be reimbursed.

The draw outcome is determined entirely by the published mode rules for that product: Number pool uses the remainder of the sum of all order purchase times; Lowest unique price uses the lowest uniquely bid price (or the overall lowest price and earliest order). While these rules are checkable and deterministic, they do not guarantee that any specific participant will win.

Participation is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to belong to minors, fraudulent actors, or individuals in jurisdictions where such platforms are prohibited by law.

Employees, directors, or immediate family members of the platform operator are not permitted to participate in draws.

The platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of tokens due to technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events.

In the event of a verified technical error that causes an incorrect draw result, the platform reserves the right to void the affected draw and issue a full token refund to all participants of that product.

The platform's maximum aggregate liability to any participant shall not exceed the total token value that participant spent on the disputed product.

It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that their use of this platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

The platform operates across multiple countries (Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam) and applies country-specific configurations. Access from outside these operating regions is at the user's own risk, and the platform makes no warranty of compliance with laws in other jurisdictions.

The platform reserves the right to restrict access from any region at any time without prior notice.

We encourage all participants to engage responsibly. Do not spend more than you can afford to lose. Tokens are for math participation and are a consumable entertainment product, not an investment.

If you believe you may have a problem with compulsive spending or entertainment dependency, please seek assistance from an appropriate support organisation in your country before participating.

Minors must not access or use this platform. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and restricting minors' access to online entertainment services.

Unless the product page, fulfilment notice, or a separate written statement of the platform expressly provides otherwise, what a winner obtains is only a limited right to use the relevant prize within the agreed scope (or an equivalent licence). Title and ownership of the prize do not transfer. Ownership remains at all times with the platform operator or its designated affiliate.

The scope of the right of use may differ by product, including without limitation permitted uses, duration, manner of use, whether sub-licensing or lending is allowed, any deposit requirements, and return timing or condition standards. The product page, fulfilment instructions, or written notices of the platform control. Where not specified, the right is a short-term, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

When the agreed use period ends, use is completed, or the platform requires return under its rules, the participant must, within the stated period, return the prize (including accessories, related documents, and undamaged original packaging, if any) in good working condition to the company or its designated recipient, and cooperate with handover confirmation.

Without prior written consent of the platform, the participant must not sell, mortgage, pledge, gift, or otherwise dispose of the prize, and must not claim ownership of it. Late return, damage or loss, unauthorised disposal, or refusal to return may entitle the platform to claim compensation at replacement cost or the agreed standard, and to take measures including without limitation suspending account benefits, pursuing recovery, and refusing further fulfilment.

For merchant coupons, redemption codes, and similar entitlement prizes: the participant obtains a right to redeem the stated service or benefit from the designated merchant under the coupon rules. The exercise period and scope follow the coupon face and merchant rules. Except as otherwise agreed, this does not confer ownership of any related physical goods on the participant.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the platform operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
